With Proximity Room View, your members can easily see the availability of your reservable resources without even getting up from their desks. Mount a tablet equipped with Room View to the wall near your conference room or other resource and you're good to go.And now you can place a second tablet within a conference room to remind your users to check in, how much time they have left and even allow them to book additional time. Friendly audio prompts ensure that no one accidentally stays longer than their reservation allows.
Note: This app is part of the Proximity suite of coworking management software, and as such requires a manager or owner account to use.
