- 1 ¼ cup milk I used almond
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ½ cup white cheddar cheese shredded
- ¼ cup parmesan reggiano cheese shredded

- Set your Instant Pot to the sauté function. Add the chopped bacon and cook for 3-4 minutes until it becomes deliciously crisp. Remove the cooked bacon and set it aside for topping. Drain most of the bacon grease from the pot, reserving about a teaspoon for flavor.
